This Drobo is in good working condition and has never ever cause me any trouble. It will come with the original software CD, user manual and read-me first card. It can accept/use satay 1 satay/150 or satay 2 satay/300 type drives. It will not use older IDE or ata type drives.
The maximum size drive that this Drobo will accept/use is 2 tb, and if a 2 tb drive is placed in each of the four 4 drives bays, it will provide approximately 5. I am upgrading to a larger Drobo and need to sell this one to help finance my new purchase. I am its original owner and it has been gently cared for, it has no dents or scratches and has never ever been dropped. 44 tb of protected data storage.
