This device works perfectly and shows little to no cosmetic damage. The included pictures are of the working drobo desktop management screens. I barely filled half of that with my media collection which included:over 800 movies most where blurry quality 6 GB each over 1500 mp3 music files over 100 home movies over 1000 camera photos hundreds of application files hundreds of digital bookstall of my home backup of my PCs.

I'm including five 3 terabyte drives to get you started which will yield 10. If you've never used a drobo before, it is the easiest and safest home Data storage solution in my opinion. I will package the device very carefully and package the hard drives separately to reduce the possibility of shipping damage.

This drobo was removed from my working home media system. 81 terabytes of storage. It was the main storage for my entire media collection. All cables and software are included.
