This is a great unit for backups, and massive file storage, also can be used for streaming video and audio media. This is something you can change by resetting to factory and then going through set up on your system.

The login and password are still set to factory defaults. I did save a few files to this so I could make sure it was discover able on my network. I have made sure the unit is updated with latest firmware, and that the three 1-tb drives are working.
