Sorry, don't know anything about Apples, but OWC can help you. These OWC Thunderblade are very popular among Apple users, but I am a Windows user. You can also use Windows 10/11 to create RAID volumes Sachs Striped and Spanned. As you can see, these drives a very fresh almost, not quite,new.

Owc Soft RAID software works under both Apple and Windows. There are 4x 4TB 16TB M.2 SSD drives enclosed in this fan-less design no fan needed noise. You can use the Soft RAID software to create and manage all kinds of different RAID volumes RAID-0, RAID-1, RAID-5. Included is the Pelican-style waterproof padded travel case.

I have included the data from drive health readouts see photo. I have three of them, which use for external storage, is anymore than need. I have my own separate license for the Soft RAID software, snoot sure if on drive label redacted works or not, but as said you cause Windows to create and use RAID volumes.
