Originally these devices were for high end storage of video for surveillance cameras, but now that it has been reformatted, it can be used for all types of the most demanding data storage requirements. It has some minor, very minor surface scratches on the top but is brand new otherwise, and the 12 removable hard drives are in perfect working condition. The only thing that was done to it is that it was reformatted once, so it's ready to be plugged in and used as network attached storage immediately.

It provides high capacity, unlimited flexibility and unmatched reliability. This is a new system, however it is out of the box. This rack mountable piece of equipment will not disappoint and you'll unlikely find a better deal for top-of-the-line equipment such as this. I know i'm not a seasoned er but i've used it a few times over.
